1. General Provisions

1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the rules and procedure for using the Lead Frog Application between the Kubex Rus Limited Liability Company, registered with the tax authority under the number 2310089820 (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) and individuals who have duly acceded to this Agreement to use the "LeadFrog" mobile application;

1.2. The mobile application "Lead Frog" is a service for the quick exchange of contacts between exhibitors and visitors. The application allows you to scan barcodes on badges of visitors and exhibitors, scan QR-codes at stands and products, scan business cards and upload all information to e-mail in Excel format;

1.3. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms his consent to the processing by the Organization of his data provided during registration in the Application in order to execute this Agreement. The User accepts this Agreement by putting a special checkmark in the designated field when entering the Application on a smartphone or other device.

2. Rights and obligations of the User

2.1. The user undertakes to properly comply with the terms of this Agreement;

2.2. The user undertakes to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of personal data of other participants and / or visitors and not to transfer personal data to third parties without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by Federal Law № 152 "On Personal Data";

2.3. The User undertakes not to use the Application for any other purposes aimed at collecting personal data without the consent of another User or other actions that are illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory;

2.4. The user has the right to send a written request to the Organization with a request to destroy his personal data;

3. Rights and obligations of the Organization

3.1. The organization undertakes to comply with the principles and rules for processing personal data in accordance with Federal Law № 152 "On Personal Data", at the user's written request to destroy his personal data from the database;

3.2. The organization undertakes to respond to feedback, suggestions, requests from Users and provide a response to the received appeal;

3.3. The Organization has the right to send the User in any way information about the operation of the Application, including sending advertising, informational and other messages to a phone number, e-mail, if it is specified by the User as a way of communicating with him.

4. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed in connection with the execution of contractual relations or the provision of services of the Lead Frog service.

5. The composition of the processed personal data of the User.

The application processes the following personal data:

•  surname, first name;

• mobile phone number and / or work phone number;

• position;

• address;

• email and / or personal website;

• number of the exhibition badge.

6. How we collect personal data

You can yourself provide us with your personal data by submitting an application for a demo tour of the Lead Frog service, sending us feedback. Also, we can receive personal data about you from the organizer of exhibition and congress events on the basis of contractual relations with the Organization and an agreement on the order for the processing of personal data.

7. What third parties can the user's personal data be transferred to?

7.1. The organization has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person who can scan the badge and / or business card of the subject of personal data at an exhibition and congress event with the consent of the subject himself, by voluntarily transferring his badge and / or business card, unless otherwise provided by Federal Law № 152 " About personal data ". Also, if the Subject of personal data has scanned the stand or products of the company using the "Lead frog" service, the company will be given the subject's personal data for processing to the following extent:

• Last name, first name, middle name;

• Contact telephone number and/or e-mail;

• Address.

7.2. The person processing personal data provided for by Federal Law № 152 "On Personal Data" is obliged to comply with the principles and rules for processing personal data.  The person processing the personal data shall not distribute messages of advertising nature without obtaining the separate consent of the subject of personal data.

8. Cross-border transfer of personal data.

Kubex Rus LLC has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that are parties to the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Individuals and Automated Processing of Personal Data, as well as other foreign states that ensure adequate protection of the rights of subjects of personal data in accordance with agreements concluded with the organizers exhibition and congress events.

9. Final provisions.

This Agreement may be amended and / or supplemented by the Organization. Appeals, suggestions and claims of individuals and legal entities to the Organization related to the content and operation of the Application, violations of the rights and interests of Users and / or third parties, the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as for inquiries of persons authorized by the legislation of the Russian Federation, can be sent to the email address Organizations: support@leadfrog.pro.
